Having trouble reaching us by phone? Please note that we can have a high call volume of patient calls sometimes, our phones being overwhelmed with calls. We have a limited number of phone lines to place calls on hold and we do not have voicemail. If you receive a message that you have an invalid entry, this means our phones are overloaded. If your call is urgent, please call back in a couple of minutes. If you are unable to get through and have a non-urgent call, please email us at felinemedical@gmail.com We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you would like to contact our cat-friendly clinic via email to schedule a physical exam or to request a medication refill, please give us at least 48 hours advance notification. You will be contacted with your specific appointment date and time. We will also inform you of your medication refill status if you request it.
If your cat needs urgent care, please do not email us or contact us via Facebook. We are unable to communicate via email and/or Facebook during non-business hours and may not be able to answer your questions immediately during business hours. If you have an urgent concern about your cat during business hours, please call our cat-friendly clinic at (360) 892-0224.

The Feline Medical Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.
We are closed on major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
