Resident Cats

Our senior resident cat's name is officially "Home Base", but we usually refer to her by her initials. She was named after the store where she was found.
H.B. became a valued member of the clinic team in November of 1998. She was a wild girl who weighed 4 lbs., 11 oz. when she arrived. But she soon adapted to the good life of regular meals and lots of attention.
H.B. enjoys all the amenities that living at a clinic can bring, including the opportunity to smack us with one of her polydactyl feet whenever she pleases, and being able to utilize the maid service when she has one of her "hairball incidents." We celebrate her birthday with a party on May 15.

Our youngest resident cat, Digit, arrived at our clinic as a baby in July of 2009.
He is a polydactyl male who sports a Mohawk lion trim.
Digit loves to play with interactive toys and is a super laser-pointer chaser.
He also loves to be held and petted and purrs like crazy!

Mocha, our tortoiseshell short-haired beauty, has been a resident of the clinic since October of 2009.
Mocha has an attitude often referred to as "Tortitude." She definitely will show it to you if she is in the mood!
Mocha enjoys snoozing on the counters in the pharmacy, you may see her if you look out the window in an exam room.
