Resident Cat

Our resident cat's name is officially "Home Base", but we usually refer to her by her initials. She was named after the store where she was found.
H.B. became a valued member of the clinic team in November of 1998. She was a wild girl who weighed 4 lbs., 11 oz. when she arrived. Now she weighs a healthy 10 lbs.
H.B. enjoys all the amenities that living at a clinic can bring, including the opportunity to smack us with one of her polydactyl feet whenever she pleases, and being able to utilize the maid service when she has one of her "hairball incidents." We celebrate her birthday with a party on May 15.
In Memory of Raggedy Anne, our beloved clinic cat, 1991-2009

Raggedy Anne was born in May of 1991 and lived over 18 years before kidney disease took her away from us.
Raggedy was a long-haired calico beauty. We gave her a Mohawk lion trim, and she loved to strut around with her fancy hairdo.
Raggedy had been a patient at the clinic since she was a kitten. She became a permanent member of our team in June of 2008. She loved to eat canned food and treats. Raggedy had her own teepee, which she loved to sleep in. Raggedy also enjoyed being carried around and relished in helping us with our phone calls by meowing loudly when we were trying to talk. She was there to greet us in the morning with a loud meow and wouldn't let us forget she needed her breakfast.
Raggedy was a character and we will miss her greatly.
